Return / Refund	Matsuda products can be returned within 15 business days of purchase Returned samples will only be credited provided that the goods are in original and perfect condition. Freight is non-refundable.

Shipping	Ship by ground service unless specified. Freight charge is added to the invoice if courier account is not provided.

Payment	For established account: written PO is acceptable For new account: credit card payment is required

Return / Refund	Sample and freight is non-refundable. Order placed from the spec sample is qualified for the repeat order discount. Less than minimum decorating surcharge will also be credited.
