Pricing
  • All prices, specification and terms of sales are subject to change without prior notice. Please confirm the terms with customer service department if you have question or concerns of your purchase.
  • All the prices quoted are suggested retail prices. Dealers will offer different pricing and terms within their discretion.
  • Stock
  • Stock level changes frequently, stock availability confirmation is recommended prior to ordering.
  • Stock may be discontinued at any time without notice.
  • Currency
  • Currency quoted is based on the final shipping destinations.
  • With goods shipped within the USA, the currency will be in American dollar.
  • With goods shipped within Canada, the currency will be in Canadian dollar.
  • Taxes
  • Canadian HST/GST and other applicable taxes will be applied if goods are shipped within Canada.
  • Taxes are included on USA shipments.
  • Payment Terms
  • For new accounts or accounts that have no business activity in 3 years, we require COD or credit card payment.
  • For established accounts: Net 30 days (subject to credit limit).
  • For any order over $10,000; 50% deposit is required upon confirmation.
  • Maximum amount for credit card payment is $5000 otherwise a 3% surcharge will be applied.

    Shipping
  • For USA orders, goods will be shipped from Buffalo, NY
  • For Canadian orders, goods will be shipped from Toronto, ON
  • UPS or FedEx ground is the standard shipment of choice.
  • Courier charges will be added to invoice if courier account number is not provided.
  • Insurance is covered by UPS / FedEx standard coverage. If extra coverage is required, please contact customer service for additional cost.
  • Drop Ship
  • One shipping location is included for every order.
  • For multiple shipping destination, a drop ship surcharge of $5.00 (Z) per location, plus courier charges will be applied.

    Production Lead Time
  • Normal production lead time is 10 to 15 working days after order confirmation and artwork approval. Please see decorating information to find approximate production time for each brand.
  • Estimated delivery date will be provided with acknowledgement of order confirmation.
  • Production lead-time stated is based on the availability of stock and components.
  • For time sensitive orders, please contact customer service for further information
  • Rush Order
  • For rush order, please contact customer service department for special arrangement. A surcharge will be applied.
  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
  • Minimum order quantity requirement will vary amongst model numbers.
  • Order Acknowlegement
  • We will provide order acknowledgement for every order received.
  • Orders are generally acknowledged within 24 hours after the order is sent, please contact customer service immediately to ensure the order was received.
  • Cancellation
  • All orders considered firm and production will not be disrupted until written authorization by Matsuda was issued.
  • Processing charges of $50.00 (Z) plus material costs up to the cancellation date will be applied at Matsuda's discretion.

    Returns
  • We will not accept any return under the following conditions
  • 10 business days after the delivery.
  • Goods not with the original packaging, manuals and accessories.
  • Goods not in the original conditions.
  • Goods have been used or alternated.
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Matsuda. Please contact customer service to obtain a RMA#.
  • Freight cost is within the responsibility of the original buyer.
  • A restocking fee of 20% of the retail price may be deducted, at manufacture's discretion, from refunds for items returned.
  • Claims
  • All products are carefully inspected and packed prior to shipping. If there are any issues pertaining damaged goods or missing pieces, please notify customer service immediately.
  • We are not responsible for goods damaged in transit but will make every effort to assist the claim with carriers.
  • All claims must be made in writing within 10 business days of delivery.

    Artwork
  • Vectorized electronic artwork is required (.PDF, .AI, .EPS, for CS4 or lower version of Illustrator).
  • Imprint location and PMS # should be indicated on the order.
  • Mac/PC format files are accepted.
  • Fonts must be included and converted to outlines / curves.
  • Files can be e-mailed to art@matsuda.ca or art@matsudausa.com
  • Halftone, screening and shading artwork is not recommended for watch face imprinting.
  • $50.00 (Z) / hour will be applied if redrawing or touch up is required.
  • Virtual Layout
  • Digital proof will be provided to buyer via e-mail at no extra cost.
  • Buyer’s written confirmation is required prior to production.
  • Trademarks
  • We assume that client owns and is authorized to use the trademark that is presented to us for production. We assume no liability in any trademark or copyright disputes.
  • We assume that the client and the distributor acknowledge the use or display of artwork does not violate any applicable laws or government restrictions.

    3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
  • Matsuda watch has been carefully inspected at every stage of the manufacturing process. It is guaranteed to be free from any defects due to faulty material or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use.
  • This 3 year limited warranty covers all manufacturing and mechanical defects. Should a malfunction occur and warranty service is required, fill out the WSR form on the last page of this booklet, and send it along with your watch and an $12.00 cheque / money order to: Servicetex 550 Gordon Baker Road, Toronto, ON M2H 3B4 Canada
  • Servicetex will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any component needed to restore your timepiece to full working order. This warranty is void if the watch has been tampered with, taken apart or ill treated.This limited warranty covers all parts except strap, crystal and battery. If you need replacement parts, please visit this website at www.serveprivatebrands.com for a list of replacement parts and pricing.
  • SEIKO, Pulsar, Converse, Soma and Rotary products are covered under their own manufacture warranty.
  • CARE & MAINTENANCE
    Movement / Battery
  • Your Matsuda watch is equipped with a battery-powered quartz movement, which does not require winding. Normal battery life is between 2 to 3 years. Weak or dead batteries may leak fluids that damage the movement and internal components. We recommend you have the battery replaced every 2 years by a reliable watch service center.
  • Crown Stopper (Not applicable on all models)
  • Your Matsuda watch may come with a plastic crown stopper to protect the battery life of the watch. If your watch has a plastic crown stopper, simply remove it and discard it properly. After removing the plastic crown stopper, pull the crown out and set the watch to adjust time. After time setting, push the crown all the way in to start the watch.
  • Microfiber Cleaning Cloth
  • Your watch is a delicate instrument. Do not use paper or regular cloth to wipe the watch. If cleaning is required, please use a microfiber cleaning cloth to clean the surface.
  • Warranty Service Request
  • We recommend you return the watch by registered post. If declared value of the goods is required on customs documents, please fill as (defective goods, no commercial value)
